• There are significant shipping, packing & labour differences between distances and weights.
• A delivery to downtown Seattle has a different set of challenges than Fort McMurray in northern Alberta.
• Consideration for crating & insurance is given per clients instructions and agreement of charge back.
• Client input regarding desired shipping company and local needs are appreciated and respected.
• Each shipping company has delivery schedule realities. Catibrary.com will help coordination of those realities.
• New unused items have a 15 day return privilege, when returned at the purchasers expense.

• Used or “On Sale” items are sold as is, without return privileges, unless stated on the bill of sale.

These become obligations of the purchaser or their agent in the destination country. The purchaser providing such information allows Catibrary to help meet those requirements. The responsibility for knowing, providing detailed explanations of how Catibrary can help however rest with the purchaser or their agent in that destination location.
